PA9T is an original polyamide engineering plastic developed by Keli from raw material monomer. It is a forming material with excellent heat resistance, drug resistance and sliding resistance that can withstand repeated friction.

It provides the same strength and toughness in dry and wet conditions. Compared with standard nylon, it still maintains effective strength and toughness at higher temperatures. Easy to process - good fluidity, thermal stability and low mold corrosion; High performance nylon with high thermal stability and high lubricity, low water absorption (1%, other common high temperature nylon is more than 2.6%), low warpage, chemical resistance, and high dimensional stability materials can achieve 94V-0 effect at a thickness of 0.75 mm. The high glass transition temperature (125 ℃) and high crystallinity of PA9T enable it to maintain good toughness at high temperatures, which is superior to PA66 and PA46. The friction resistance and low friction coefficient of PA9T are greatly superior to other nylon, even better than POM and LCP. Another very good performance of PA9T is its resistance to chemicals and oils, alcohols, acids, calcium chloride, hot water and other fluids. It is almost more than all PAs, and only slightly worse than PPS. Its barrier to fuel is ten times that of PA6 and PA12, close to the level of ETFE (ethylene tetrachloroethylene copolymer). These advantages can make PA9T very suitable for automobile hood products. PA9T has specifications such as glass fiber free, glass fiber containing (33%, 45%, 50%) and fire protection, which has great development potential for market applications such as automobile hood, electrical and electronic products.

Performance:

1: Among nylon series resins, the water absorption is the lowest.

2: The dimensional stability will not cause dimensional change and mechanical strength decrease due to water absorption.

3: High heat resistance, no bubbles will be generated during 280 ° solder pass test, and it is also suitable for lead-free solder with high use temperature.

4: Good fluidity, suitable for thin meat forming.

5: Low gas, less than other nylon resins, less easy to pollute and corrode the mold, and prolong the use of the mold.

6: The crystallization speed is fast and the cooling time is short.

7: In high temperature environment, the mechanical strength and rigidity decrease less, and the joint line strength and recovery are good.
