At present, the technological breakthrough and industrialization of domestic 300 mm silicon chips, photoresists, plates and other micro nano electronic materials should strengthen the positive interaction with users, especially large enterprises such as Huawei and SMIC International, and effectively improve the ecological environment for technological innovation and industrial development of electronic materials in China. Tu Hailing also stressed that "the industrial chain of electronic materials should also be paid attention to, especially the localization rate of related equipment and instruments is less than 20%. This should not be underestimated, and we should step up arrangements and deployment."
